Select the Midoj Explorer plan (₹2,99,999 / 10 nights per year) or the Midoj Signature plan (₹5,99,999 / 20 nights per year) — and the property that speaks to you.

Join the LLP (SPV)
Each Midoj property has its own Special Purpose Vehicle — a Limited Liability Partnership. You receive LLP units proportional to your investment. This is your legal co-ownership of both the property and the land beneath it.

Get Country Club membership
Founding investors receive 5 or 10 years of Country Club membership. This means resort access across India — beyond just Midoj properties — from day one.

Book your nights — anywhere
Your 10–20 nights per year are redeemable across our entire network of Midoj Service Homes. Not just the property you invested in — all of them. Priority booking windows are given based on shareholding.

Unused nights can be rented through our hospitality management system. Revenue is shared transparently with all LLP members based on their stake.

Your LLP units are transferable and inheritable. Sell privately or through our resale network. The asset is yours, legally and permanently.
No. A timeshare gives you usage rights — you own nothing. With Midoj, you receive LLP units: actual legal co-ownership of property and land, with your name in the agreement. You can sell, transfer, or inherit your stake.

What if I want to sell my share?
Your LLP units are transferable. You can sell to another investor through our resale network or privately. We're building a secondary marketplace for members.

What if construction is delayed?
Your investment goes into the LLP which owns the land. Even in a worst-case scenario, the land asset holds value. We share quarterly construction milestone updates with all investors.

Can I get rental income too?
Yes. You can lease your unused allocated nights/stays through our Members' platform. Revenue is directly transferred to your account after deducting a nominal service fee.
