Your LLP units are transferable. You can sell to another investor through our resale network or privately. We're building a secondary marketplace for members.
Your investment goes into the LLP which owns the land. Even in a worst-case scenario, the land asset holds value. We share quarterly construction milestone updates with all investors.
Yes. You can lease your unused allocated nights/stays through our Members' platform. Revenue is directly transferred to your account after deducting a nominal service fee.
